NOVELTY - Method for preparing complex structured carbon material anti-oxidation coating by metal liquid phase, involves realizing preparation method of anti-oxidation coating by (a) adding active powder to low-melting-point substrate metal powder, and mechanically ball-milling and uniformly mixing, (c) grinding surface of carbon material, ultrasonically cleaning, and drying to obtain carbon material to be treated, (d) attaching composite active metal paste on surface of carbon material to be treated in coating or dipping manner to obtain carbon material with composite active metal paste, (e) adding carbon material with composite active metal paste to vacuum furnace, performing heating reaction and cooling, (f) adding carbon material to nitric acid aqueous solution for performing corrosion treatment, cleaning and blow-drying, and completing additive preparation using metal liquid phase anti-oxidation coating method of complex structure carbon material. USE - Method for preparing complex structured carbon material anti-oxidation coating by metal liquid phase. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts liquid base metal as carrier, and chemically reacts active element and carbon material at lower temperature to form carbide layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing complex structured carbon material anti-oxidation coating by metal liquid phase, involves realizing preparation method of anti-oxidation coating by (a) adding active powder to low-melting-point substrate metal powder, and mechanically ball-milling and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed metal powder, (b) uniformly mixing ethyl cellulose and water, configuring to obtain binder, adding mixed metal powder to binder, and uniformly stirring to obtain composite active metal paste, (c) grinding surface of carbon material, ultrasonically cleaning, and drying to obtain carbon material to be treated, (d) attaching composite active metal paste on surface of carbon material to be treated in coating or dipping manner to obtain carbon material with composite active metal paste, (e) adding carbon material with composite active metal paste to vacuum furnace, performing heating reaction at 900-1200 degrees C under condition of vacuum degree of 2-9x 10-3 Pa, and cooling after completing the reaction to obtain reacted carbon material, (f) adding carbon material to nitric acid aqueous solution for performing corrosion treatment on low-melting-point substrate metal, cleaning and blow-drying to obtain carbon material coated by refractory carbide reaction layer, and completing additive preparation using metal liquid phase anti-oxidation coating method of complex structure carbon material, where the active powder comprises chromium powder, silicon powder, vanadium powder, zirconium powder and/or hafnium powder.
