NOVELTY - Composite material laminated plate with excellent mechanical property and flame retardant performance, comprises one-dimensional material nanotube, two-dimensional material nano sheet layer, phosphorus-containing flame retardant, fiber cloth and thermosetting resin matrix. USE - Used as composite material laminated plate with excellent mechanical property and flame retardant performance. ADVANTAGE - The laminated plate has good mechanical property difference; avoids bearing structure; has excellent flame retardant performance and mechanical property and simple manufacturing method; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for prepaing laminated plate comprising (i) mixing the one-dimensional material nano-tube and two-dimensional material nano-sheet according to proportion to obtain the mixture; (ii) drying the phosphorus-containing flame retardant anduniformly dispersing the powder of the mixture in the thermosetting resin matrix by ultrasonic, and adding curing agent to obtain the resin matrixcomposite; (iii) cutting the fiber cloth into the needed size, compounding with the resin matrix composite, overlapping and paving; (iv) hot pressing and forming the overlapped fiber cloth by hot pressing machine, demolding, cutting on the machine tool.
