NOVELTY - High-strength refractory brick comprises 6-12 pts. wt. large andalusite particles, 9-18 pts. wt. small andalusite particles, 15-30 pts. wt. large fused silica, 5-10 pts. wt. medium fused silica, 10-20 pts. wt. small fused silica, 5-9 pts. wt. graphene sheet modified nano alumina, 9-14 pts. wt. nickel-loaded multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 6-14 pts. wt. nano-magnesium oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. nano titanium oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. nano vanadium oxide and 5-9 pts. wt. binder. USE - High-strength refractory brick. ADVANTAGE - The product has enhanced crack resistance and high compressive strength and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-strength refractory brick comprising mixing large andalusite particles and large fused silica, grinding with shock ball mill, drying, adding 3-5 pts. wt. binder A, stirring to get material 1, mixing small andalusite particles and medium fused silica, grinding with shock ball mill, drying to obtain material 2, mixing small fused silica, graphene sheets modified nano alumina, and nickel-loaded multi-walled carbon nanotubes, grinding by shock ball mill, drying to obtain material 3, mixing nano-magnesium oxide, nano-titanium oxide, and nano-vanadium oxide, grinding with nano grinder, drying, adding 2-4 pts. wt. binder B, stirring to obtain material 4, spreading material 4 on the bottom of mold in one layer, successively layering material 3, material 2, material 1, material 2, material 3, and material 4 on top layer, vacuum press forming to make refractory brick body, sintering at 110-130 degrees C for 4-12 hours, transferring to high-temperature furnace for sintering at 1200-1500 degrees C for 3-5 hours, cooling and cutting naturally.
