NOVELTY - Disclosed is a fabrication method of graphene, which comprises the following steps: (A) using a solution containing bicarbonate to perform an intercalation processing on graphite; (B) heating the graphite to decompose the bicarbonate intercalated in the graphite for producing gas; and (C) performing a mechanical exfoliation processing on the graphite so as to form graphene.
