NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based durable antibacterial composite fabric comprises (i) weaving bamboo fibers to form sweat-absorbing layer; (ii) using graphene oxide quantum dots as substrate, uniformly distributing cerium oxide nanoparticles on graphene oxide quantum dots, adding a mixture of glycerol and chitosan to impregnate bamboo fibers to obtain antibacterial fibers, and weaving to form antibacterial layer; (iii) mixing and dispersing flower-shaped titanium dioxide, nano zinc oxide, modifier, and volatile solvent to obtain dispersion, and immersing bamboo fibers in dispersion to obtain anti-ultraviolet fibers, weaving to form anti-ultraviolet layer; and (iv) sewing or bonding the skin-friendly layer, sweat-absorbing layer, antibacterial layer and anti-ultraviolet layer in sequence. The preparation of the antibacterial layer comprises (1) adding aqueous ammonia to mixed solution of graphene oxide quantum dots and cerium nitrate hexahydrate under ultrasound. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based durable antibacterial composite fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses combination of nano-zinc oxide and flower-shaped titanium dioxide in anti-ultraviolet layer which can effectively shield UVA and UVB in ultraviolet rays of sun; and increases the self-cleaning and stain resistance of the fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based durable antibacterial composite fabric comprises (i) weaving bamboo fibers to form sweat-absorbing layer; (ii) using graphene oxide quantum dots as substrate, uniformly distributing cerium oxide nanoparticles on graphene oxide quantum dots, adding a mixture of glycerol and chitosan to impregnate bamboo fibers to obtain antibacterial fibers, and weaving to form antibacterial layer; (iii) mixing and dispersing flower-shaped titanium dioxide, nano zinc oxide, modifier, and volatile solvent to obtain dispersion, and immersing bamboo fibers in dispersion to obtain anti-ultraviolet fibers, weaving to form anti-ultraviolet layer; and (iv) sewing or bonding the skin-friendly layer, sweat-absorbing layer, antibacterial layer and anti-ultraviolet layer in sequence to obtain graphene-based durable antibacterial composite fabric. The preparation of the antibacterial layer comprises (1) adding aqueous ammonia to mixed solution of graphene oxide quantum dots and cerium nitrate hexahydrate under ultrasound, adjusting the pH to 8-11, reacting at 30-90degrees Celsius for 10-90 minutes, centrifuging and washing to obtain the reaction solution; (2) adding the reaction solution obtained in step (1) to the mixture of glycerol and chitosan, ultrasonically stirring, and allowing to form a suspension; and (3) soaking the bamboo fiber in the suspension obtained in step (2), taking it out and irradiating it with ultraviolet rays, repeating the soaking treatment and ultraviolet treatment for 3-6 times, rinsing, and drying to obtain graphene antibacterial fiber, and weaving to form an antibacterial layer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene-based durable antibacterial composite fabric is prepared by above mentioned method.
