▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-modified photosensitizer nanocomposite material is prepared by dissolving polyacrylic acid in the aqueous ammonia, then adding sensitizer Photosan to form solution (A), adding butyl titanate to glacial acetic acid solution to form transparent solution (B), dripping the solution (B) into the solution (A), reacting, centrifuging, washing the precipitate and drying to obtain titanium oxide nano-hollow sphere particles loaded with Photosan, dissolving titanium oxide nano-hollow sphere particles loaded with Photosan in the solution (A), adding graphene oxide to anhydrous ethanol and dispersing to form transparent solution (C), uniformly mixing transparent solution (C) and phosphoric acid buffer solution to obtain mixed solution (D), reacting, washing and drying to obtain polystyrene-titanium dioxide-polystyrene nanocomposite particle photosensitizer, reacting, centrifuging, washing precipitate and drying. USE - The graphene-modified photosensitizer nanocomposite material is used in photodynamic therapy, and for preparing medicine for treating tumor caused by human esophageal cancer Eca109 cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified photosensitizer nanocomposite material has excellent solubility, biocompatibility and synergistic effect and low cytotoxicity.
