NOVELTY - Preparing highly filled graphene oxide/resin hybrid involves forming suspension of resin, adding resin to deionized water, heating and stirring at 95-100 degrees C, cooling to room temperature, and removing impurities by filtration to obtain resin suspension, resin liquid droplet size is 1-5 micrometer. The ratio of resin to water is 1:25-1:50. The graphene oxide/resin mixture is prepared by dispersing graphite oxide slurry in deionized water under ultrasonication to obtain aqueous graphene oxide dispersion. The concentration of graphite oxide slurry is 0.1-5%. The concentration of graphene oxide dispersion is 1-5 mg/ml. The number of graphene oxide sheets in graphene oxide dispersion is less than or equal to 10, and transverse dimension of graphene oxide is 0.1-100 micrometer, and oxidation thickness of graphene sheet layer is less than or equal to 3 nanometer. USE - Method for preparing highly filled graphene oxide/resin hybrid for rubber, paint and adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare highly filled graphene oxide/resin hybrid that is effective and easy to implement, achieves uniform dispersion, improves comprehensive performance of resin and graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing highly filled graphene oxide/resin hybrid involves forming suspension of resin, adding resin to deionized water, heating and stirring at 95-100 degrees C, cooling to room temperature, and removing impurities by filtration to obtain resin suspension, resin liquid droplet size is 1-5 micrometer. The ratio of resin to water is 1:25-1:50. The graphene oxide/resin mixture is prepared by dispersing graphite oxide slurry in deionized water under ultrasonication to obtain aqueous graphene oxide dispersion. The concentration of graphite oxide slurry is 0.1-5%. The concentration of graphene oxide dispersion is 1-5 mg/ml. The number of graphene oxide sheets in graphene oxide dispersion is less than or equal to 10, and transverse dimension of graphene oxide is 0.1-100 micrometer, and oxidation thickness of graphene sheet layer is less than or equal to 3 nanometer. The graphene oxide dispersion liquid and resin suspension prepared are ultrasonically mixed to obtain stably dispersed graphene oxide/resin predispersion liquid. The graphene oxide/resin mass ratio is 1:10-3:10. The predispersion liquid is dried to obtain graphene oxide/resin hybrid powder.
