NOVELTY - High temperature resistant and high thermal conductivity non-stick coating comprises 100-120 pts. wt. aluminum oxide/red phosphorus modified fluororesin, 50-70 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide, 50-70 pts. wt. powder of graphene, 30-50 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 40-70 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 20-30 pts. wt. thermally conductive inorganic filler, 10-20 pts. wt. coupling agent and 20-30 pts. wt. auxiliary agent which comprises leveling agent, defoaming agent, film forming agent, anti-adhesive oxygenating agent, the preservative and the ceramic powder. The aluminum oxide/red phosphorus modified fluororesin is prepared by adding a mixed solvent of dimethylformamide and xylene into the reaction vessel, and adding the fluororesin among them at 100-120 degrees C, stirring for 30 minutes, after the resin is completely dissolved. USE - High temperature resistant and high thermal conductivity non-stick coating. ADVANTAGE - The high temperature resistant and high thermal conductivity non-stick coating has wide raw material source, simple and controllable to prepare, and has wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The small amount of isobutanol is added as a dispersing agent, fully dispersed on a magnetic stirrer, protected by nitrogen, and added silane coupling agent DL171, alcohol oxide and red phosphorus, and stirred for 60-90 minutes, filtered, washed with ethanol, vacuum dried at 60-70 degrees C. The mass ratio of the fluororesin, aluminum oxide and red phosphorus is 10:(2-4):(1-2). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for following: (1) preparing soybean oil-based green offset web smell ink, which involves adding aluminum oxide/red phosphorus modified fluororesin, the polyphenylene sulfide and the polylactic acid into an organic solvent, and dispersing ultrasonic disperser for 30 minutes to uniformly disperse;adding thermal conductive inorganic filler, graphene, carbon fiber and additives, ultrasonic dispersion for 30 minutes;adding coupling agent, heating to 100 C, magnetic stirring for 30min to obtain the finished paint; and (2) a method for using high temperature resistant high thermal conductive non-stick coating, which involves spraying finished paint product onto a metal material which has been degreased and derusted, where thickness of the paint film is 16-17 mu m, and the film is left at normal temperature for 10 days, and drying to obtain a non-stick coating.
