NOVELTY - Anticorrosive coating of large-diameter high-temperature-resistant thermal steel pipes comprises base material and curing agent, where base materials include silicone epoxy resin, phenolic epoxy resin, graphene, coupling agent, zinc phosphate + aluminum phosphate, mica powder + talc + titanium dioxide, defoamer + dispersant + hydrophobic agent + rheological agent, where anticorrosive coating is 20-25 wt.% silicone epoxy resin, 20 wt.% phenolic epoxy resin, 5-10 wt.% graphene, 10 wt.% coupling agent, 8 wt.% zinc phosphate + aluminum phosphate, 21 wt.% mica powder + talc powder + titanium dioxide, 10 wt.% defoamer + dispersant + hydrophobic agent + rheological agent and 4 wt.% curing agent. USE - Used as anticorrosive coating of large-diameter high-temperature-resistant thermal steel pipes. ADVANTAGE - The coating has no defects, strong adhesion, test adhesion of coating by pull-open method less than or equal to 12 MPa, improves temperature resistance and adhesion of high temperature resistant anti-corrosion coated steel pipes, and is economical.
