NOVELTY - Modified manufacture of laminated capacitor structure, involves coating a layer of ceramic slurry on one surface of a plastic film, coating a layer of copper paste comprising a copper powder and a graphene powder, on the layer of ceramic slurry to form a raw material, and sintering the raw material at 800degrees Celsius or more to sinter the layer of ceramic slurry into a ceramic dielectric layer, and sintering the copper paste into a copper electrode layer. USE - Modified manufacture of laminated capacitor structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The laminated capacitor structure uses graphene to limit copper atoms, and the copper atoms are fixed in a layered arrangement to improve the copper atom arrangement flatness in the copper electrode layer.
