▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for measuring sensitivity of receptor and screening receptor candidates expected to exhibit responsiveness to a specific stimulus involves (i) preparing a vesicle containing a receptor, (ii) forming a lipid bilayer on surface of graphene-based electrode, and (iii) measuring by cyclic voltammetry. USE - The method is useful for measuring sensitivity of receptor and screening receptor candidates expected to exhibit responsiveness to a specific stimulus. The receptor is a photoreceptor, olfactory receptor, taste receptor, or dopamine receptor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can be simultaneously and simply testing number of samples without damaging the sample.
