NOVELTY - Double-tank wall resin comprises 35-45 pts. wt. organosilicone modified epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin resin, 5-10 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 7-13 pts. wt. styrene, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. sodium phosphate solvent, 15-18 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 20-30 pts. wt. polythiol compound, 3-15 pts. wt. filler, 0.7-2 pts. wt. pigment, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 30-45 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and solvent. USE - The resin is useful in field of double-can wall anticorrosive materials. ADVANTAGE - The resin has corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, electrical conductivity and strong adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the resin comprising (i) grinding the organosilicone modified epoxy resin, polyamide polyamine epoxy chloropropane resin, and phenolic resin in grinding machine to obtain grinding mixture, (ii) placing grinding mixture into reactor, then adding solvent to stir, heating to 100-120 degrees C and reacting for 10-20 hours, (iii) adding graphene, polythiol compound, styrene, pigment, filler, thixotropic agent, and antifoaming agent into the reactor, reacting for 5-7 hours at 50-58 degrees C, continuously adding carboxymethyl cellulose, and reacting for 10-20 hours at 80-90 degrees C, and (iv) adding sodium phosphate solution into the reactor, reacting at 100-120 degrees C for 7-15 hours, and cooling to obtain anti-corrosion resin.
