NOVELTY - Electric cabinet shell radiating paint comprises 20-30 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 12-17 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 15-25 pts. wt. ketone resin, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. mica powder, 5-9 pts. wt. modified diatomite, 2-4 pts. wt. melamine resin, 3-5 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 1-2 pts. wt. glass fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. metal fiber, 2-3 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. polyacrylic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. emulsifier, 2-4 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 20-30 pts. wt. plant extract, and 1-2 pts. wt. dispersing agent. USE - Electric cabinet shell radiating paint. ADVANTAGE - The electric cabinet shell radiating paint has strong adhesive force, good weather resistance and strong heat dispersion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing electric cabinet shell radiating paint, which involves: (A) weighing acrylic resin, ethyl acetate, ketone resin, graphene, mica, modified diatomite, melamine resin, aluminum nitride, glass fibers, metal fibers, nano titanium dioxide, polyacrylic acid, emulsifying agent, antifoaming agent, plant extract, dispersing agent; (B) mixing acrylic resin, ethyl acetate and ketone resin, placing into reaction kettle, then adding plant extracting solution, raising the temperature to 60-70 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 20-30 minutes, then adding mica, modified diatomite, aluminum nitride and dispersant, ultrasonically dispersing for 5-10 minutes to obtain mixed solution A; and (C) adding mixed solution A in melamine formaldehyde resin, polypropylene acid and graphene, raising the temperature to 50-60 degrees C for 15-25 minutes, then adding rest material, stirring and mixing uniformly, then re-microwave processing to obtain electric cabinet shell radiating paint.
