NOVELTY - Bio-nanocomposite material comprises mixed resin of polylactic acid (PLA) and polypropylene (PP), and a compatibilizing agent, graphene and natural fibers. USE - The bio-nanocomposite material is useful as construction indoor interior material, automobile upholstery material, electronics equipment cases, household supplies, office supplies and industrial materials. ADVANTAGE - The bio-nanocomposite material has improved mechanical properties, biodegradation property and good stability, retains flexibility, chemical resistance and heat resistance properties of PP, and is lightweight and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the bio-nanocomposite material, comprising mixing 100 pts. wt. mixed resin of polylactic acid and polypropylene, 0.01-30 pts. wt. compatibilizing agent, 0.01-20 pts. wt. graphene and 0.01-60 pts. wt. natural fibers, and extruding.
