▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves dissolving semiconductor nano particle and polyvinyl alcohol in water using oxidation. The obtained mixture is frozen and dried in order to obtain solid oxidation graphene/semiconductor nano particle/polyvinyl alcohol porous three-dimensional nanometer material. The product is hot pressed so as to recover electrical conductivity and high elastic porous graphene composite material. The material cut into sheets as cathode material assembled in lithium ion battery, to obtain graphene composite three-dimensional porous lithium ion battery cathode material. USE - Method for preparing three dimensional porous graphene composite material for use in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The water solution is used as solvent which ensures uniformity of material and green environmental protection. The reduction process is made simple and easy to control with low cost. The electrical conductivity of the graphene material is recovered with three continuous conductive network and cyclic stability and adjustable material mechanical properties.
