▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-modified zinc powder, involves (1) mixing zinc powder with dopamine solution and reacting to obtain polydopamine-coated zinc powder, and (2) mixing polydopamine-coated zinc powder, graphene oxide solution and reducing agent. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified zinc powder used in zinc-rich anticorrosive coatings e.g. epoxy coating, acrylic coating, polyurethane coating, water-based epoxy coating, water-based acrylic coating, and water-based polyurethane coating (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The zinc powder coated with graphene has excellent uniformity, imparts uniform anticorrosive performance to the coating, greatly reduce the amount of zinc powder under the same conditions, and simplifies the preparation process of anti-corrosion coating without adding graphene and zinc powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a graphene-modified zinc powder; and (2) a zinc-rich anticorrosive coating, which includes the graphene-modified zinc powder, and the added amount of the graphene-modified zinc powder in the zinc-rich anticorrosive coating is 10-60 wt.%.
