NOVELTY - Damping sheet comprises 30-45 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate, 12-15 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene rubber, 5-8 pts. wt. natural rubber, 12-20 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomers, 1.5-2.0 pts. wt. benzophenone, 3-5 pts. wt. laminated functionalized graphene, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide, 2-5 pts. wt. foaming agent azodicarbonamide, 1-2 pts. wt. crosslinker low-density polyethylene, 3-5 pts. wt. fumed silica, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.5-2.0 pts. wt. zinc stearate, and 1-1.5 pts. wt. liquid paraffin. The shock absorbing sheet has a laminate and a uniform distribution of the two-dimensional sheet structure of graphene and a gradient pore structure tightly bound-the two-dimensional sheet structure of each graphene. USE - Damping sheet for sole. ADVANTAGE - The damping sheet is helps to enhances damping effect of the dispersion force of damping sheet by laminating functional grapheneand gradient hole structure around it, and has good compression rebound resilience to ensure gradient hole structure and laminated functionalized graphene SF-GNRs of recovery, and damping effectlasting longer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing damping sheet, which involves: (A) weighing each raw material and mixing by pouring all raw materials except dibenzoyl peroxide, blowing agent and crosslinker into an internal mixer for kneading, and performing the first turning at 95-96 degrees C, until temperature is reached to 104-105 degrees C, performing second turning, until temperature is reached to 110-111 degrees C, and then performing third turning; (B) adding dibenzoyl peroxide, blowing agent and cross-linking agent, until temperature is reached to 118-120 degrees C, performing fourth turning turn, until temperature is reached to 125-126 degrees C; (C) dumping material and then thinning open mill at twice 2-3 millimeter; (D) placing mixture tized granules by a high-speed blower to the cyclone barrel and the kneader completely cooling, where temperature of the air-cooled single-screw granulator is set to die temperature of 70-80 degrees C, and sleeve temperature is 80-90 degrees C, and temperature at the bottom of the hopper is 85-95 degrees C; (E) pouring obtained rubber particles into the corresponding mold, molding into a sheet at a temperature of 138-142 degrees C, taking out and placing under ultraviolet irradiation to obtain double-sided irradiation; (F) preparing multiple primary sheets in a mold and clamped, and then vulcanizing at a temperature of 170 plus minus 20 degrees C for 400 plus minus 20 seconds, after the vulcanization is completed; and (G) opening mold and formed sole obtaine, after mold opening is cooled and shaped by a constant temperature line to obtain a dimensionally stable molded product sole.
