NOVELTY - Graphene-containing water-based epoxy anti-corrosion paint comprises 5-30 pts. wt. 1% graphene oxide aqueous solution, 5-30 pts. wt. ethanol, 0.01-0.04 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 8-10 pts. wt. silicon source, 80-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 4-12 pts. wt. non-ionic active epoxy emulsifier, 7-30 pts. wt. antirust filler, 30-50 pts. wt. filler, 33-35 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 1-2 pts. wt. aqueous auxiliary agent and 10-40 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent. USE - The paint is useful for impermeability, wear-resistant, high anti-corrosion requirements area, e.g. marine and petrochemical pipeline corrosion. ADVANTAGE - The paint improves compatibility of epoxy resin, and characteristics of emulsifier. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-containing water-based epoxy anti-corrosion paint comprising (i) adding 1% graphene oxide aqueous solution, ethanol and hydrazine hydrate, mixing uniformly, adjusting pH value of the mixed solution to 1-2 by dropping hydrochloric acid, then dropping silicon source into mixed solution, reacting at 40 degrees C for 20-30 hours, aging at 80-120 degrees C under hydrothermal condition for 24-48 hours, filtering and drying the filter residue at 60-100 degrees C for 5-10 hours, placing solid under inert gas atmosphere at 500 degrees C for 6-10 hours to obtain silica modified thermally reduced graphene oxide composite powder, (ii) adding 10 pts. wt. silica modified thermally reduced graphene oxide composite powder into 10 pts. wt. alcohol ether solvent and grinding to obtain solid containing 10% silica modified thermal reduction graphene oxide alcohol solution, adding 0-20 pts. wt. solid containing 10% silica modified thermal reduction graphene oxide alcohol solution into a reaction kettle, adding 80-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 4-12 pts. wt. nonionic reactive epoxy emulsifier into the reaction kettle, stirring to mixing uniformly at 50-80 degrees C, slowly adding water, cutting using high-speed cutter, stirring at a rotating speed of 1500-2500 revolutions/minute, increases viscosity, adding water to the surface of the system from the formation of roughness began to reverse to obtain flat surface system, slowly adding water to dilute to suitable viscosity and solid content, then controlling process temperature to not greater than 80 degrees C, sieving with 200 meshes and packaging to obtain graphene modified aqueous epoxy emulsion, and (iii) mixing 40-50 pts. wt. graphene modified aqueous epoxy latex prepared, 7-30 pts. wt. antirust filler, 30-50 pts. wt. filler, 33-35 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.5-1 pt. anti-flash rust agent, 1-2 pts. wt. aqueous auxiliary agent, 10-40 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent, and then stirring uniformly to obtain final product.
