NOVELTY - The membrane has a ceramic sheet and a strain resistor or a capacitor arranged on the ceramic sheet. The stress surface of ceramic elastic film is provided with an elastic layer or a reinforcing layer made of non-elastic material. The back part of stress surface of ceramic elastic film is provided with an elastic layer made of non-elastic material. The stress surface of ceramic elastic film is provided with an elastic supporting body or reinforcing layer. The elastic layer is made of insulating material, plastic material, metal material, alloy material, and graphene material. USE - The membrane is useful for ceramic force-sensitive sensor device (claimed), and detection of liquid pressure, weight, gravity, force and displacement.
