NOVELTY - Preparing superfine color masterbatch pre-dispersion comprises mixing nano-scale color pigments, multifunctional polymer pigment dispersants, thickeners and auxiliary agents, and treating with supercritical carbon dioxide, where the preparation of multifunctional polymer pigment dispersant includes mixing polypropylene prepolymer prepared from 2-propene-4-methylphenol and propylene with 3,6 nitro-4-aminobenzamide, and bubbling hydrogen into it. USE - The method is useful in preparing superfine color masterbatch pre-dispersion for non-woven fabrics (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pre-dispersion has strong dispersibility, light stability and thermal stability.
