▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a structure/shielding integrated magnesium-based composite material involves (s1) coating a layer of metal oxide which can perform redox reaction with a magnesium melt on the surface of graphene (or graphene derivative) through a surface modification process, (s2) adding 0.1-0.5 wt.% surface-modified graphene (or graphene derivative) into the magnesium or magnesium alloy melt, mechanically stirring, and casting into a magnesium-based composite casting blank, (s3) performing thermal deformation after the magnesium-based composite casting blank is homogenized to obtain the magnesium-based composite profile with directionally arranged graphene (or graphene derivatives). USE - Preparation of structure/shielding integrated magnesium-based composite material (claimed) used in electronic equipment and electromagnetic weapon especially modern battlefield of soft killer weapon-electromagnetic wave. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of integrated magnesium-based composite material that has excellent mechanical property and electromagnetic shielding performance, and improves the interface bonding force between the graphene and the magnesium base material and generate interface polarization, so as to ensure the synchronous improvement of magnesium- based composite material mechanics and electromagnetic-shielding performance.
