NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene quantum dot comprises adding carbon nanotube in mixed solution of nitric acid and sulfuric acid, heating in water bath, magnetic stirring, cooling to room temperature, diluting with distilled water, adjusting pH value, carrying out dialysis and ultrafiltration centrifugation, and extracting by organic solvent. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dot (claimed) used for photoelectric material and device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene quantum dot has strong fluorescence, and improves performance of photoelectric material and device.
