NOVELTY - An graphene electrolytic copper foil has reduction rate of more than 80% after heat treatment for 10-30 minutes at 150-200 degrees C, and surface resistance of 300 Omega /square after graphene synthesis. USE - Graphene electrolytic copper foil used for synthesizing single-layer graphene for automobile, domestic and electronic devices e.g. bendable displays, electronic paper, and wearable computers. ADVANTAGE - The graphene electrolytic copper foil has excellent color change reduction rate, rust resistance and sheet resistance after rust prevention and heat treatment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the electrolytic copper foil for graphene, which involves using chromate solution containing chromium and monosaccharide of formula: CnH2nOn (I) as additive.
