▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing 3D printing graphene oxide/nitrile rubber modified high density polyethylene, comprises (i) modification of oxidized graphene; (ii) preparing modified graphene/powder nitrile rubber; and (iii) taking high-density polyethylene, modified graphene/powder nitrile rubber as main material, adding high-density polyethylene main material with dispersant, high-speed mixing, adding modified graphene/powder nitrile rubber, taking compatibilizer and antioxidant, high-speed mixing, resulting mixture added into twin-screw extruder, reaction, extrusion, cooling, granulation. USE - The method is useful for preparing 3D printing graphene oxide/nitrile rubber modified high density polyethylene (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing 3D printing graphene oxide/nitrile rubber modified high density polyethylene, comprises (i) modification of oxidized graphene: adding 100-200 mg graphene oxide, 100- 400 ml thionyl chloride and 1-5 ml solvent, reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 24-36 hours, after the completion of the reaction by distillation to remove excess thionyl chloride and solvent to be chlorinated graphene oxide, and obtained chlorinated graphene oxide is added with solvent and 0.5-1.5 g modifier at 110-130 degrees C reaction for 72-108 hours, filtration and then ethanol washing to obtain modified graphene; (ii) preparing modified graphene/powder nitrile rubber: dispersing modified graphene and the deionized water obtained in step (i) in a mass ratio of 3-10:100, to obtain modified oxidized graphene suspension, mixing 200-300 pts. wt. powdery nitrile rubber with 300-500 pts. wt. deionized water is dispersed in a high-speed mixer, and then 2-6 pts. wt. modified graphene suspension and 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent are stirred at room temperature for 8-12 minutes and then washed, dehydrated and dried in vacuum to obtain modified graphene; and (iii) taking 100 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 2-10 pts. wt. modified graphene/powder nitrile rubber as main material, adding 100 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene main material with 0.3-1% dispersant, high-speed mixing for 10-20 minutes, adding 2-10 pts. wt. modified graphene/powder nitrile rubber, taking 0.15-0.30% compatibilizer and 0.1-0.3% antioxidant, high-speed mixing for 5-15 minutes, resulting mixture added into twin-screw extruder, reaction at 180-210 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, extrusion, cooling, granulation.
