NOVELTY - Composite flame-retardant nylon composition comprises 73-90 wt.% nylon, 8-15 wt.% melamine cyanurate, 1-3 wt.% reinforcing filler, 3-8 wt.% flame-retardant synergist, 0.1-0.3 wt.% nucleating agent, 3-1.0 wt.% lubricant and 0.3-0.5 wt.% antioxidant. The reinforcing filler comprises at least one of carbon nano tube, nano whisker, carbon fibre, graphene and modified substance. The flame retardant synergistic agent comprises at least one of hydrated zinc borate, magnesium hydroxide and boehmite. USE - Composite flame-retardant nylon composition used in preparing wiring terminal or coil framework (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite flame-retardant nylon composition has excellent mechanical property and flame retardant property, and high inflaming retarding, high impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite flame-retardant nylon composition, which involves mixing the raw materials, melting and extruding to obtain the melamine cyanurate flame-retardant nylon composition.
