▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of core-shell structured nanowire involves providing metal nanowire and coating the metal nanowire with graphene by plasma chemical vapor deposition method. USE - Manufacture of core-shell structured nanowire e.g. copper nanowire used for transparent electrode (all claimed) for solar cell and display device. ADVANTAGE - The method provides core-shell structured nanowire having excellent flexibility, by economical process. The transparent electrode having excellent optical, electrical and mechanical properties and controllable copper oxidation characteristics, is economically manufactured using the core-shell structured nanowire. The solar cell provided with the transparent electrode has excellent conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for nanowire, which comprises core-shell structure including metal nanowire core and graphene shell.
