NOVELTY - A graphene thin film is prepared by adding graphite oxide in solvent, ultrasonic dispersing to form 0.1-5 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion liquid, placing substrate on heating platform, heating dispersion liquid on substrate by spray gun to obtain graphene oxide film, reducing graphene oxide film in sealed container filled with hydrazine, heating to 75-110 degrees C, maintaining temperature of 5-48 hours, and steam reducing. USE - Preparation of graphene thin film used for coating. ADVANTAGE - Graphene thin film surface wettability is controllable, graphene has very good wear resistance, and preparation process is low cost and simple. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electron microscope image of surface of film at 25 degrees Celsius using ethanol as solvent.
