NOVELTY - A sulfur/carbon nitride-carbon composite electrode comprises 2-20 wt.% organic polymer resin, 0-20 wt.% conductive agent and remaining sulfur/carbon nitride-carbon composite. The sulfur content of sulfur/carbon nitride-carbon composite is 50-80 wt.%. The mass ratio of carbon nitride and carbon is 3:1 to 99:1. USE - Sulfur/carbon nitride-carbon composite electrode used for lithium-sulfur secondary battery and lithium-sulfur primary battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has strong chemical adsorption effect, inhibits the shuttle of polysulfide, has improved cycle stability and cycle life of the battery, conductivity of the carbon nitride material, ion electron conductivity and multiplying power performance, excellent for dispersion of the precursor, reduced size of carbon nitride particles and polarization. The manufacturing technique is simple, has low material cost and stable performance.
