NOVELTY - Reinforced halogen-free flame retardant composition comprises 100 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-30 pts. wt. polyethylene adipate, 10-30 pts. wt. polymer environmental resin (PER), 20-30 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 6-10 pts. wt. nylon, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. nano montmorillonite, 25-35 pts. wt. glass fiber and 15-25 pts. wt. expanded graphite. USE - Used as reinforced halogen-free flame retardant composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition: is economical, has tensile strength and mechanical properties. The method: is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composition comprising taking graphene, PP, polyethylene adipate, PER, nano montmorillonite, nylon, zinc oxide, nano montmorillonite, glass fiber and expanded graphite, (b) stirring the raw material at 90 degrees C for 40 minutes, stirring at 1000 revolutions/minute, mixing uniformly, (c) melting and plasticizing, pelleting, placing in a double-screw extruder, extruding at 195 degrees C, 200 degrees C, 205 degrees C, 210 degrees C, 210 degrees C, 205 degrees C, screw rotating speed at 50 revolutions/minutes.
