▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a solid-state electrode and electrolyte involves forming an electrode layer using an electrode composition. The electrode composition including a cathode active material, a lithiated ionomer, and an electrically conductive additive. An electrolyte composition is applied directly to the electrode layer to form a first electrolyte layer. The electrolyte composition including a lithiated perfluorosulfonic acid and a first solvent, and applied a reinforcement layer to the first electrolyte layer, and applied the electrolyte composition to the reinforcement layer to form a second electrolyte layer. The electrode layer, the first electrolyte layer, the reinforcement layer, and the second electrolyte layer form an electrode-electrolyte composite. USE - Method for preparing solid-state electrode and electrolyte for solid-state lithium-ion battery for vehicle (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method maximize durability and stability of all solid-state lithium-ion batteries that further address challenges associated with cathode electrode design and processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are including for the following: 1. a solid-state electrode and electrolyte made according to the method; 2. a solid-state lithium-ion battery comprising a solid-state electrode and electrolyte; and 3. a vehicle comprises a solid-state lithium-ion battery including a solid-state electrode and electrolyte.
