NOVELTY - Graphene-composite bee lattice chamber material comprises 50-90 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene (HDPE), 5-20 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) toughening agent, 5-20 pts. wt. nano-filler, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.2-1 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber, 0.3-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-5 pts. wt. welding reinforcing additive; 0.3-1 pts. wt. processing auxiliary material, and 1-2 pts. wt. toner. USE - The material useful in slope protection, stable roadbed, river treatment, water and soil conservation, and ecological restoration. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high ultrasonic welding strength, good mechanical properties, terrain adaptability, and long-term durability; can expands and contracts freely, can be folded during transportation, and can be stretched into three-dimensional grid with honeycomb structure during construction, filled with concrete, gravel, residue, soil and other materials to form structure with large rigidity and strong lateral restraint force; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-composite bee lattice chamber material comprising using a high-speed mixer to fully mix HDPE resin, EVA toughening agent, ultraviolet absorbent, antioxidant, graphene, and processing auxiliary material, so that HDPE resin and auxiliary materials are uniformly blended; and using a fully automatic twin-screw mixing extruder to melt and extrude the mixed materials, during the extruding process, adjusting speed ratio of main engine speed, feeding speed, and cutting speed to make the modified HDPE sample extruded and pelletized evenly and smoothly.
