NOVELTY - Composite foaming insulating plate comprises 30-40 pts. wt. silicate cement, 15-20 pts. wt. fly ash, 12-16 pts. wt. 200-500 mesh sand, 4-5 pts. wt. nano diatomaceous earth, 30-40 pts. wt. recycled expanded polystyrene particles, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-6 pts. wt. 20-25% hydrogen peroxide, 1-2 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, and proper amount of water. USE - Composite foaming insulating plate. ADVANTAGE - The composite foaming insulating plate has excellent mechanical property, heat preservation, inflaming and retarding effect, good application prospect, and prepared in simple and efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite foaming insulating plate, which involves: (A) taking 10-15 pts. wt. water, heating at 90-95 degrees C, adding polyvinyl alcohol, stirring to dissolve completely, adding graphene oxide for ultrasonic oscillating for 20-30 minutes to obtain prepared solution, spraying prepared solution to the re-grown particle surface with hot air at 50-60 degrees C and then drying for 20-30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide modified regenerated expanded polystyrene particles; and (B) mixing the silicate cement, fly ash, sand, nano diatomaceous earth into high speed mixing machine, adding proper amount of water, stirring with high speed for 3-5 minutes, mixing obtained graphene oxide modified regenerated expanded polystyrene particles for 4-5 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide, stirring for 4-5 second and pouring the mixed slurry into mold for molding, and then curing to obtain composite foaming insulating plate.
