▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nano-black phosphate/graphene composite material, comprises (i) mixing nano black phosphorus dispersion with graphene oxide dispersion solution at 5-30 degrees C, and ultrasonicating to obtain nano-black phosphate/graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) freezing the obtained nano-black phosphate/graphene oxide dispersion liquid and drying to obtain nano-black phosphate/graphene oxide solid foam, (iii) placing black phosphate/graphene oxide solid foam under inert gas atmosphere for ultraviolet, infrared or visible light irradiating for 2-72 hours to obtain nano-black phosphate/pre-reduced graphene oxide solid, and (iv) placing the nano-black phosphate/pre-reduced graphene oxide solid under inert gas atmosphere at 50-300 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours under microwave conditions to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano-black phosphate/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high quality.
