▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An organoaluminum complex (I) is new. USE - New organoaluminum complex is used for preparing blue light-excited graphene oxide-doped organoaluminum complex luminescent material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-doped organoaluminum complex material has excellent luminescent property and can be prepared by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An organoaluminum complex of formula (I) is new. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of organoaluminum complex (I), which involves adding 0.05-2 M 1,10-phenanthroline solution, 0.05-2 M aluminum salt solution and 0.1-0.4 M 8-hydroxyquinoline solution to a reactor, stirring, adjusting pH to 7-8 using 20-30 %mass aqueous ammonia, heating at 50-60 degrees C for 15-17 hours, leaving still for 2-3 hours, suction filtering, washing, and vacuum drying. The molar ratio 8-hydroxyquinoline, 1,10-phenanthroline and trivalent aluminum ion is 2:1:1. The 1,10-phenanthroline solution, aluminum salt solution and 8-hydroxyquinoline solution includes anhydrous ethanol as solvent. The aluminum salt is aluminum nitrate nonahydrate; (2) luminescent material, which contains a graphene oxide-doped organoaluminum complex of formula (II); and (3) preparation of graphene oxide-doped organoaluminum complex luminescent material, which involves adding 1,10-phenanthroline solution, aluminum salt solution and 8-hydroxyquinoline solution to a reactor, stirring to obtain a mixed solution, adding a graphene oxide solution to the mixed solution, adjust the pH to 7-8 using aqueous water, heating at 50-60 degrees C for 15-17 hours, leaving still for 2-3 hours, performing suction filtration, washing, and vacuum drying. The graphene oxide solution is prepared by adding 0.05-0.2 g graphene oxide per 100 mL absolute ethanol, and ultrasonically dispersing for 2-4 hours.
