NOVELTY - Graphene porous ceramic comprises base material comprising 1-60 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder, 10-80 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 1-50 pts. wt. pore-forming agent and 1-40 pts. wt. sintering auxiliary agent. USE - Graphene porous ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The graphene porous ceramic is capable of heating and atomizing core. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) an atomizing core, which comprises a heating element for conducting and heating the liquid to be atomized and positive and negative electrodes arranged at both ends of the heating element, the heating element is made of the heat-generating graphene porous ceramic; and (2) a method for preparing heat-generating porous graphene ceramics, which involves weighing graphene oxide powder, ceramic powder, pore-forming agent, and sintering aid raw materials according to the formulation, and placing in a ball mill device to mix the ball mill, baking and drying the ball-milled mixture to obtain a mixed powder, heating the paraffin wax to a molten state, adding the mixed powder while stirring to obtain a paraffin wax slurry, injecting the paraffin wax slurry into a pre-prepared mold, cooling to form, and obtaining a wax mold after demolding, putting wax mold in a furnace for pre-heating for dewaxing to obtain a dewaxed sample, and putting wax-removed sample into a furnace for sintering, and the sintering process includes heating up, keeping warm, and cooling down to obtain graphene porous ceramics.
