▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The temperature sensor (20) has an electrically-insulating substrate and an electrically-conductive current collector (26) that is provided on a surface of substrate (24). A graphene film (22) in electrical communication with current collector is provided with a negative temperature coefficient. The graphene is provided with thermally-reduced graphene oxide flakes. USE - Temperature sensor e.g. thermistor used in gas sensor and battery pack. ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene film having negative temperature coefficient is provided in electrical communication with current collector, the electrical resistance can be decreased rapidly when the temperature is increased. Thus faster response can be provided than other NTC material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a mechanical sensor; and (2) an environmental sensor.
