NOVELTY - The nano-structure (140) has a shell provided with multiple graphene oxide (GO) sheets that are connected with a metal core. The core is connected with a wrapping part. A metal performs charge trap role, where electrostatic interaction between the metal core and the graphene oxide sheets is performed. USE - MetalGO core-shell complex nano-structure for a non-volatility variable resistance memory device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-structure reduces non-volatility variable resistance memory device manufacturing time period and manufacturing cost so as to ensure better stability electrical switching action.
