▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-sulfur co-doped porous graphene comprises (i) sequentially dispersing graphene oxide, melamine, trithiocyanuric acid, and transition metal nitrate in a mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water, and stirring the reaction, the volume ratio of the medium ethanol to deionized water is 1:1-8, transferring the stirred product to a hydrothermal kettle, performing hydrothermal reaction for 8-48 hours, at 80-200 degrees C; (ii) washing the sample many times with deionized water, drying, placing the dried sample in an inert gas-protected tube furnace for calcination treatment, where in the calcination process, the heating rate is 10-30 degrees C/minute, the heat preservation temperature is 400-1000 degrees C, and the heat preservation time is 0-4 hours; and (iii) etching the transition metal species in the heat-treated product with dilute hydrochloric acid, washing the product by suction and drying. USE - The graphene is used as lithium battery cathode active material, sodium battery cathode active material or lithium sulfur battery supported sulfur loaded carrier (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nitrogen-sulfur co-doped porous graphene comprises (i) sequentially dispersing graphene oxide, melamine, trithiocyanuric acid, and transition metal nitrate in a mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water, and stirring the reaction, where the mass ratio of the graphene oxide, the melamine, the trithiocyanuric acid, and the transition metal nitrate is 1:1.2-10:1-15:10-30, the volume ratio of the medium ethanol to deionized water is 1:1-8, transferring the stirred product to a hydrothermal kettle, performing hydrothermal reaction for 8-48 hours, at 80-200 degrees C; (ii) washing the sample many times with deionized water, drying, placing the dried sample in an inert gas-protected tube furnace for calcination treatment, where in the calcination process, the heating rate is 10-30 degrees C/minute, the heat preservation temperature is 400-1000 degrees C, and the heat preservation time is 0-4 hours; and (iii) etching the transition metal species in the heat-treated product with dilute hydrochloric acid, washing the product by suction and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nitrogen-sulfur co-doped porous graphene is prepared by above mentioned method.
