NOVELTY - The material has ring member graphene oxide sheet functionalized to a melamine resin monomer. Melamine resin monomer reduction oxidation graphene sheet is combined in a graphene oxide sheet. A melamine resin monomer is condensed and polymerized with a functional group of a graphene oxide sheet surface. Functional group of the graphene oxide sheet surface is formed from a hydroxyl or carboxylic acid. The melamine resin monomer is made from hydroxyl radical. USE - Graphene base electrode material for a highly efficient super capacitor electrode in a super capacitor.
