NOVELTY - Preparation of powder metallurgy stainless steel/graphene composite powder comprises mixing metal acetate and oxidized graphene at ratio of 20-100:1, mechanical stirring at 80-100 degrees C for 0-8 hours, adding stainless steel powder, mixing at 80-100 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, adding grinding balls, ball milling, adding anhydrous ethanol, ball milling for 0.5-4 hours, drying at 50-80 degrees C for 3-5 hours, heating at 150-550 degrees C for 2-5 hours under hydrogen atmosphere, and cooling. Mass ratio of metal acetate and stainless steel powder is 0.001-0.2:1. USE - Method for preparing powder metallurgy stainless steel/graphene composite powder. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy, controllable, suitable for industrial production, and has improved raw material utilization and reduced graphite loss.
