NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-copper composite material comprises coating copper oxalate (CuC2O4) powder layer on the polyimide (PI) film, placing the PI film coated with CuC2O4 powder layer under the laser to irradiate to obtain the graphene-copper composite material, peeling the graphene-copper oxide (CuO) composite material from the PI base and placing in the high temperature furnace. USE - Preparing graphene-copper composite material used in electronic fields e.g. sensor and microelectronic device. Uses include but are not limited to electrician electronic, automobile, aerospace field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-copper composite material that has good mechanical property and electrical property exhibited by the graphene distribution of the copper and the copper, the flexibility of the upper silica gel substrate can be used as the flexible electrode to be widely used in the electronic fields e.g. sensor and the microelectronic device.
