NOVELTY - The device has a rotating shaft (2) connected with an output end of a motor (1). A fan blade (3) is connected with the rotating shaft. An auxiliary heating device is connected with the fan blade. An intermittent power supply device supplies power to the auxiliary heating device. The auxiliary heating device is provided with a through hole conductive sliding ring (4) and a graphene heating sheet (5). The graphene heating sheet is adhered on a surface of the fan blade. The through hole conductive sliding ring is connected with the motor and connected with the graphene heating sheet through a lead. USE - Graphite heating function featured air forced convection device. ADVANTAGE - The device has high energy conversion efficiency.
