▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modified graphene composite material is composed of a low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel tube filled with ceramic particles, boron, chromium, nickel, refractory metal, nano-grade aluminum oxide powder at a ratio of 50-80:1-10:10:207:6:2-20:1-4:1-5:5-20 and iron-based graphene powder and carbon at 50-80:3.6-5. USE - Modified graphene composite used as solder. ADVANTAGE - Process generates few layers of graphene thinning crystal grain on the surface of the substrate during welding, thus improving its surface hardness and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of modified graphene composite material comprising selecting graphite powder at grain diameter of 100-200 nm and iron powder at 53-96 microns at a weight ratio of 1:8-20, adding the graphite powder and iron powder in a drying box to dry at 100-150 degrees C for 0.5-2.0 hours, mechanical mixing in a container at 10-120 RPM for 2-12 hours and sieving through 270 mesh, adding ceramic particles, boron, chromium, nickel, refractory metal and nano-grade aluminum oxide powder and filling the tube with the powder. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing is a flowchart of the preparation of modified graphene composite material (Drawing includes non-English language text).
