The first portion of the thermal conductor is sandwiched in the flexible thermally conductive film. USE - Radiating framework. ADVANTAGE - The radiating framework improves the heat dissipation efficiency through the technical solutions of the flexible heat-conducting film is arranged on the electronic component and the first portion of the heat conductor is sandwiched on the flexible heat-conducting film.
