NOVELTY - The method involves taking a graphene oxide film under a protective atmosphere heating to first temperature and heat preservation to obtain a carbonized film. The carbonization film is heated to the second temperature to heat-preserving graphene foam. The graphene foam in the noble metal solution is soaked to obtain graphene foam loaded with a noble metal phase by solvent thermal process. The graphene foamed graphene foam is heated and protected to the third temperature heat preservation under the protection atmosphere to obtain the foam electrode of the graphene foam loaded with noble metal nanoparticles. USE - Method for performing preparation of electrolytic water hydrogen evolution electrode based on foam graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent catalytic performance, high conductivity, high water evolution activity and excellent cycle stability. The preparation method is simple and easy, green and environment-friendly, mass production, and is widely applied in other energy storage and energy conversion device, and has wide application prospect.
