NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity ceramic material for fifth generation(5G) signal base station, comprises cubic boron nitride. The surface of the cubic boron nitride contains a cladding layer, and the cladding layer includes silicon dioxide and nano-graphene. The ceramic material further comprises alumina and graphene fiber. USE - High thermal conductivity ceramic material for fifth generation (5G) signal base station. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic material has good mechanical property, thermal stability and mechanical strength, and good radiating performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the high thermal conductivity ceramic material for fifth generation (5G) signal base station.
