▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/gold composite material having enhanced surface-enhanced Raman scattering activity comprises two-dimensional structure array template formed on a silicon wafer using polystyrene microspheres arranged, gold and graphene deposited sequentially on the template. The deposition thicknesses of gold and graphene are 50-100 nm and 2-10 nm. USE - Used as graphene/gold composite material having enhanced surface-enhanced Raman scattering activity. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/gold composite material: enhances the signal intensity of the probe molecule to be detected and overcome its dependence on the excitation light source. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene/gold composite material having enhanced surface-enhanced Raman scattering activity, comprising (i) preparing two-dimensional periodic structure array through self-assembly technology using polystyrene microspheres to obtain polystyrene colloidal sphere templates and (ii) preparing gold layer by magnetron sputtering, and (iii) depositing the graphene layer by electron cyclotron plasma sputtering.
