▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-nano-mineral reinforced geopolymer material comprises 130-160 pts. wt. silicon aluminum mineral raw materials, 50-70 pts. wt. alkali activator, 2-6 pts. wt. nano minerals, and 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, where the silicon aluminum mineral raw material is a compound material including 70-90 pts. wt. metakaolin, 45-60 pts. wt. fly ash, 10-20 pts. wt. granulated blast furnace slag and 5-10 pts. wt. Portland cement. USE - Used as graphene oxide-nano-mineral reinforced geopolymer material. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problem of uniform dispersion of nano-minerals in a geopolymer system; makes full utilization of graphene oxide's performance and dispersion effect to make synergistic with nano-minerals; and improves the toughness and strength of geopolymer materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide-nano-mineral reinforced geopolymer material comprising (1) providing 70-90 pts. wt. metakaolin, 45-60 pts. wt. fly ash, 10-20 pts. wt. granulated blast furnace slag, 5-10 pts. wt. Portland cement, 2-6 pts. wt. nano mineral, mixing and grinding in proportion, (2) mixing 5-10 pts. wt. solid sodium hydroxide, 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water, and 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing at 40-50 Hz for 60-80 minutes, (3) mixing 35-50 pts. wt. liquid sodium silicate with the graphene oxide-sodium hydroxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing at 40-50 Hz for 30-60 minutes to obtain a uniform graphene oxide-alkali excitation solution, and (4) continuously stirring the graphene oxide-alkali excitation solution, adding the geopolymer reaction powder, and mixing uniformly to obtain oxidized graphene-nano mineral reinforced geopolymer material.
