NOVELTY - Preparing porous yarn with temperature regulating function comprises (1) slightly twisting the yarn to obtain a low-twisted yarn, (2) placing the low-twisted yarn into the foaming solution for high-pressure impregnation, taking out, performing foaming treatment, and then performing drying treatment to obtain porous foamed yarn, (3) moderately twisting the porous foamed yarn to obtain porous foamed yarn, (4) placing the porous foamed yarn into the foaming solvent for soaking and dissolution, taking out after drying, and obtaining the porous yarn, (5) placing the porous yarn into the SMP solution and performing ultrasonic impregnation treatment to obtain the SMP filled porous yarn, and (6) dipping the SMP filled porous yarn into the phase separation solution, after fast phase separation treatment, performing drying and crosslinking stabilization treatment, and obtaining the porous yarn with high SMP filling rate and temperature regulation function. USE - The porous yarn is used in textile field for adjusting micro-climate between human body and environment to certain degree, satisfy heat comfort requirement of human body. ADVANTAGE - The porous yarn has lasting long-acting temperature adjusting effect and good mechanical strength. The fabric made by the yarn can realize the high thermal comfort of human body under the environment temperature, with the function of temperature adjustment. The method uses common yarn, foaming solution, SMP solution and phase separation solution as raw material, lightly twisting, foam dissolving, completely twisting and non-solvent inducing polymer solution phase separation process, obtaining the high SMP filling rate of porous yarn, by yarn the heat, electric, light or chemical stimulation to realize the change of SMP by volume shape to finish the adjustment of the yarn porosity. The yarn is a gap for keeping comfort, the comfort level wearing is not reduced, with high air permeability of the fabric main body, wear-resistant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for porous yarn with temperature regulating function prepared by the above preparation method, the porosity adjustment range is 5-70%, the thermal resistance adjustment of the fabric made of the porous yarn is 0.02-0.35 m2K/W.
