▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a high-strength graphene-modified SiCf/silicon carbide composite material, comprises (1) arranging the silicon carbide (SiC) fibers in a chemical vapor deposition furnace, growing a 100-200 nm thick pyrolytic carbon interface on the surface of the SiC fiber cloth by chemical vapor infiltration, (2) dispersing graphene with anionic surfactant ultrasonically for 2 hours to obtain a graphene dispersion, (3) vacuum impregnating the pyrolytic carbon-containing interfacial fiber cloth in the graphene dispersion liquid, introducing graphene on the surface of the pyrolytic carbon-containing interfacial fiber cloth, and drying, taking 3 layers as a group and clamping with a mold, and depositing a SiC matrix for 50 hours by chemical vapor infiltration to obtain a porous SiCf/SiC composite material, and (4) introducing graphene into the porous SiCf/SiC composite material by impregnation process, and repeating until the density of the composite material reached 2.70 g/cm3. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-strength graphene-modified SiCf/silicon carbide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high strength graphene SiCf/SiC composite material that improves the performance of the ceramic-based composite material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic flow chart of method for preparing high-strength graphene-modified SiCf/silicon carbide composite material (Drawing includes non-English language text).
